If you live locally to me (Vancouver, BC) do use the code VANFREE. This will ensure that you do not have to pay for shipping. Please ONLY use the code if you are planning on picking up your item.

All orders are shipped by Canada Post. To keep shipping costs down, I ship small orders WITHOUT tracking (letter mail), Bigger Bows that can’t fit in an envelope, will be shipped as Small Package with Tracking for Canada and Small Package without Tracking for U.S. If you need tracking or expedited shipping, please contact me (any shipping upgrades do cost extra)

Letter mail shipping in Canada generally arrive in approximately 5-12 business days, U.S. orders generally arrive in about 10-17 business days.

UheadCA is not responsible for items that are lost or late. Please ask to upgrade to tracked shipping to ensure shipment can be monitored.

Note: Once items have shipped, I cannot guarantee delivery times, especially if the items are being held at customs.
